Cross country

     Cross country

It was thursday cross country.The bell went to go back to class we sat on the matt.

The teachers told us to hop on the bus.We made it to cross country,i stepped out of the bus

And the nerves started to kick in they were in my stomach legs and other places.

We walked onto the tarp that we waited on for our race.

Mrs langley said yr 5 boys I got excited and butterflies at the same time but i was ready.

Then they said go i started running up the hill and i made it.

I made it passed the first hill we all ran our hearts out.

We ran through lots of big trees.Then there was another hill I thought how am I going to do this

Its way too big…  I made it but i was so puffed there was just mud mud mud i didn't like  the mud but i made it through

I was so relieved.

                                                                         Finish time

I was nearly there and I saw my friend  Dylan and Kase yay In front of me so I sprinted up to

him,I was right beside him we got onto the hill until the finish

We were so close to the finish and I said to him “we can beat that guy

Up there”so we ran as fast as we could to this guy and we did and

We finished together.It was a hard but fun Crosss country I can't wait for next year.

My Bike exsperience

Wednesday was the first time biking with Phil and Matt aka Spartacus. If you're wondering who they are, they are the people who took me for my school biking road ride. I hopped onto my bike beside my friend Jamie and my teacher Mr Robertson. I pushed off and we were on the road before you knew it.We went up to our first corner... my heart rate started to rise what if I fell off what if there were cars coming.

But I made it passed the first corner! OMG I was so happy.

We went up onto the path and Phil was tilling us about the next turn we were up to.We biked off the path and onto the road and looked behind me to see if there was any cars coming. I saw a car from the distance coming at us so i didn't go and I waited until it went passed,After it went passed I went and got up to the corner I was losing my balance… but it was fine.

We started to head back to school.When we were up to the turn to go back into school I thought Woo I did it.
